Die Kathedrale Notre-Dame-du-Puy de Grasse wurde ursprünglich um 1150 von Cluny-Mönchen im romanischen Stil mit gotischen und barocken Ergänzungen erbaut.
Seit 1244 ist es Sitz der Bischöfe von Grasse.
Die Kathedrale hat eine romanische Struktur mit dicken Mauern, kleinen Fenstern und später hinzugefügten gotischen Bögen. Die Kirche hat einen freistehenden Glockenturm , typisch provenzalisch.
Innen ist sie strenger als viele Kathedralen : eher intim als imposant.
Weitere Sehenswürdigkeiten sind ein Gemälde von Fragonard (möglicherweise von Jean-Honoré Fragonard , dem berühmten, in Grasse geborenen Maler), ein großer Barockaltar aus dem 17. Jahrhundert und die Orgel von 1855, die vom berühmten Orgelbauer Aristide Cavaillé-Coll gebaut wurde.
