La cattedrale di Notre-Dame-du-Puy a Grasse fu originariamente costruita dai monaci di Cluny intorno al 1150 in stile romanico con aggiunte gotiche e barocche.
Dal 1244 è la sede dei vescovi di Grasse.
La cattedrale ha una struttura romanica con muri spessi, piccole finestre e archi gotici successivi. La chiesa ha un campanile indipendente , tipicamente provenzale.
L'interno è più austero di quello di molte cattedrali , più intimo che imponente. La cattedrale ospita tre dipinti di Rubens , cosa insolita per una chiesa al di fuori del Belgio o dell'Italia: "L'Adorazione dei pastori" e "La Lavanda dei piedi" .
Tra le altre curiosità si segnalano un dipinto di Fragonard , forse opera di Jean-Honoré Fragonard , il celebre pittore nato a Grasse, un grande altare barocco del XVII secolo e l' organo del 1855, costruito dal celebre organaro Aristide Cavaillé-Coll.
