Katedralen Notre-Dame-du-Puy de Grasse blev oprindeligt bygget omkring 1150 af Cluny-munke i romansk stil med gotiske og barokke tilføjelser.
Siden 1244 har det været sæde for biskopperne i Grasse.
Katedralen har en romansk struktur med tykke mure, små vinduer og senere gotiske buer. Kirken har et fritstående klokketårn , typisk provencalsk.
Indenfor er den mere barsk end mange katedraler : mere intim end imponerende.
Andre seværdigheder inkluderer et maleri af Fragonard (muligvis af Jean-Honoré Fragonard , den berømte maler født i Grasse), en stor barok altertavle fra det 17. århundrede og orgelet fra 1855, bygget af den berømte orgelbygger Aristide Cavaillé-Coll.
