Llanddaniel Fab ist ein Dorf und eine Gemeinde im walisischen Landkreis Isle of Anglesey. Bei der Volkszählung im Jahr 2001 hatte es eine Bevölkerung von 699, die bei der Volkszählung 2011 auf 776 anstieg.
Es liegt in der Nähe des prähistorischen Denkmals Bryn Celli Ddu, das in der späten neolithischen Zeit erbaut wurde. Im Osten der Gemeinde, am Menai Strait, steht der Landsitz des Markgrafen von Anglesey, Plas Newydd, dessen Teile aus dem 14. Jahrhundert stammen. Das Haus gehört seit 1976 dem National Trust.
