Aylesham ist ein Dorf und eine Gemeinde im Distrikt Dover, Kent, England. Das Dorf liegt etwa 6,5 Meilen südöstlich der Kathedralsstadt Canterbury und etwa 8,5 Meilen nordwestlich der Stadt und des Hafens von Dover. Laut der Volkszählung von 2001 hatte die Gemeinde eine Bevölkerung, einschließlich Drellingore und Snowdown, von 3.884, die bei der Volkszählung 2011 auf 3.999 anstieg.
Das Dorf wurde in den 1920er Jahren erbaut, um Arbeiter in den nahe gelegenen Kohlenminen unterzubringen. Die Gemeinde umfasst auch das Dorf Snowdown. Beide Dörfer werden von Bahnhöfen an der Dover-Strecke der Hauptlinie Chatham bedient.
