Muker ist ein Dorf und eine Gemeinde am westlichen Ende des Swaledale in North Yorkshire, England, im Landkreis Richmondshire.
Die Gemeinde umfasst die Weiler und Dörfer Angram, Keld, Thwaite, West Stonesdale und Birkdale sowie die Tan Hill Inn, die höchste in England. Bei der Volkszählung 2001 hatte die Gemeinde eine Bevölkerung von 309, die 2011 auf 249 sank. Im Jahr 2015 schätzte der Landkreis North Yorkshire die Bevölkerung auf 260.
