Die Schlacht bei Falkirk vom 17. Januar 1746 zwischen Truppen der britischen Krone und der Armee der Jakobiten unter Prinz Charles Edward Stuart fand während des schottischen Jakobitenaufstands von 1745 südwestlich von Falkirk in Schottland statt und endete mit einem Sieg der Jakobiten.
Nach der Niederlage der britischen Regierungstruppen in der Schlacht bei Prestonpans war General John Cope abgelöst und durch Generalleutnant Henry Hawley als Oberbefehlshaber ersetzt worden. Nach ihrem Sieg war die von Charles Edward Stuart geführte Jakobitenarmee nach England einmarschiert und bis Derby vorgestoßen, musste sich dann aber vor zahlenmäßig weit überlegenen Regierungstruppen nach Schottland zurückziehen.
