Der Bybrook, auch bekannt als der By Brook, ist ein kleiner Fluss in England. Er ist ein Nebenfluss des Bristol Avon und ist etwa 12 Meilen lang. Seine Quellen sind der Burton Brook und der Broadmead Brook, die in South Gloucestershire bei Tormarton bzw. Cold Ashton entspringen und nördlich von Castle Combe in Wiltshire zusammenfließen. Der Fluss hat eine mittlere Fließrate von 57,25 Kubikfuß pro Sekunde, wie bei Middlehill in der Nähe von Box aufgezeichnet. Eine Vielzahl von Flora und Fauna wird durch den Fluss unterstützt, darunter der gefährdete rötliche Flusskrebs. Zwanzig Standorte von Wassermühlen wurden am Fluss identifiziert, aber keine sind heute mehr in Betrieb.
