De Bybrook, ook bekend als de By Brook, is een kleine rivier in Engeland. Het is een zijrivier van de Bristol Avon en is ongeveer 12 mijl lang. De bronnen zijn de Burton Brook en de Broadmead Brook, die respectievelijk ontstaan in South Gloucestershire bij Tormarton en Cold Ashton, en samenvloeien net ten noorden van Castle Combe in Wiltshire. De rivier heeft een gemiddeld debiet van 57,25 kubieke voet per seconde, zoals gemeten bij Middlehill nabij Box. Een verscheidenheid aan flora en fauna wordt door de rivier ondersteund, waaronder de bedreigde witgekante rivierkreeft. Er zijn twintig watermolenlocaties geïdentificeerd aan de rivier, maar momenteel zijn er geen in gebruik.
