Die A32 ist eine Route in Nordirland, die Omagh, County Tyrone, und Swanlinbar, County Cavan, verbindet. Die Straße führt durch Dromore in Tyrone und die Städte Irvinestown und Enniskillen in Fermanagh.
Die A32 passiert den Flughafen Enniskillen/St Angelo in der Nähe des Lower Lough Erne. An der Grenze wird die A32 zur N87 in der Republik Irland. Die Marble Arch Caves befinden sich in der Nähe des Abschnitts der Straße südlich der Stadt Enniskillen, nahe dem Dorf Florencecourt.
