Die A22 ist eine Straße im County Down in Nordirland. Ihre Route beginnt in Dundonald und verläuft nach Comber, wobei sie den wichtigsten Verkehrskorridor bildet, der Belfast mit Comber verbindet, einer Pendlerstadt, die 8 Meilen außerhalb der Stadt liegt. Nachdem die Stadt Comber selbst umfahren wurde, führt die Route entlang der östlichen Ufer von Strangford Lough, wenn auch nicht direkt angrenzend. Die Route verläuft durch Lisbane, Balloo und Killyleagh und endet in Downpatrick.
