Cecily Hill Barracks ist eine ehemalige militärische Einrichtung in Cirencester in Gloucestershire. Der ehemalige Hauptturm der Kaserne steht am Eingang zum Cirencester Park.
Die Kaserne wurde 1857 als Royal North Gloucestershire Militia Armoury erbaut. 1881, nach den Childers-Reformen, wurde die Kaserne Depot des 4. Bataillons des Gloucestershire-Regiments. Während des Zweiten Weltkriegs wurde sie zur örtlichen Basis der Home Guard. Nachdem die Armee keine Verwendung mehr für die Kaserne hatte, wurde das Schloss ein Geschäftsgebäude im Besitz des Bathurst Estate. Kürzlich wurde es vom Cirencester College genutzt, das ihm den Namen „The Castle“ gab. Das Cirencester College zog 2013 aus dem Schloss aus, aber das Schloss wird weiterhin für kommerzielle Zwecke genutzt. Es ist ein denkmalgeschütztes Gebäude der Kategorie II*.
