Der Bahnhof Tenby in Tenby liegt an der Pembroke Dock-Strecke der West Wales Line, die von Transport for Wales Rail betrieben wird, die auch den Bahnhof verwaltet. Hier halten alle zwei Stunden Züge in jede Richtung, westwärts nach Pembroke und ostwärts nach Whitland, Carmarthen und Swansea.
Der erste Bahnhof in Tenby wurde am 6. August 1863 von der Pembroke and Tenby Railway als Endpunkt einer Strecke von Pembroke eröffnet.
