La gare de Tenby à Tenby se trouve sur la ligne de Pembroke Dock de la West Wales Line, exploitée par Transport for Wales Rail, qui gère également la gare. Des trains s'arrêtent ici toutes les deux heures dans chaque direction, vers l'ouest en direction de Pembroke et vers l'est vers Whitland, Carmarthen et Swansea.
La première gare de Tenby a été ouverte par le Pembroke and Tenby Railway en tant que terminus d'une ligne provenant de Pembroke le 6 août 1863.
