Nordwestlich liegt die Gezeiteninsel Ynys y Fydlyn. Verwaltungssitz ist Llangefni. Die Landschaft ist von Hügeln geprägt. Holy Island ist Anglesey westlich vorgelagert und mit Anglesey über eine Brücke und einen künstlich angelegten Damm verbunden.
