York City – auch bekannt als The Minstermen oder Yorkies – ist ein 1922 gegründeter Fußballclub aus York im Norden Englands. Der Verein ist nach zwei Abstiegen in Folge seit 2017 in der National League North, der sechsthöchsten englischen Fußballliga, beheimatet. Die Vereinsfarben sind Rot und Weiß. Die Heimspiele werden im 8.256 Zuschauer fassenden Bootham Crescent ausgetragen. Während der Saison 2019/20 soll der Umzug in das neu gebaute York Community Stadium erfolgen.
Der Verein verbrachte den Großteil seiner Geschichte in den unteren Profiligen , nur in den 1970er Jahren nahm man zwei Saisons lang an der Football League Second Division teil.
