Ithomi , altgriechisch Ἰθώμη Ithṓmē, Bewohner: Ἰθωμάτης Ithōmátēs oder Ἰθωμαῖος Ithōmaĩos) ist ein 780 Meter hoher Kalkberg in der Landschaft Messenien auf der griechischen Halbinsel Peloponnes. In antiken Griechenland befand sich auf ihm eine gleichnamige Bergfestung, die dem antiken Messene als Akropolis diente. Wie das am Gipfel später erbaute Kloster Voulkanos , früher auch Vourkano, Vurkano oder Voulkani, wurde der Berg im Mittelalter genannt, was möglicherweise auf einen so genannten byzantinischen Grundherrn zurückgeht, der das Land rings um den Berg einst besaß.
