Die Kirche St. Euphemia, oft bekannt als die Basilika von St. Euphemia, ist eine Barockkirche im Herzen des historischen Teils von Rovinj, Kroatien. Diese dreischiffige Kirche wurde von 1725 bis 1736 über den Überresten älterer, frühchristlicher Bauten errichtet. Die Errichtung war ursprünglich dem heiligen Georg gewidmet, später den Heiligen Georg und Euphemia; das heutige Gebäude ist nur Euphemia gewidmet. Ihre Fassade stammt aus dem Jahr 1883.
