Der Batthyány tér ist ein Platz in Budapest und fungiert als wichtiger Knotenpunkt für den öffentlichen Nahverkehr im I. Bezirk von Budapest und speziell Víziváros oder 'Wasserstadt' in Buda. Er ist nach der Adelsfamilie Batthyány benannt.
Früher fand hier ein Markt statt, jetzt wird die historische Markthalle unter anderem von einem Supermarkt genutzt. Der Batthyány tér ist Endstation der S-Bahn, die von Szentendre nach Budapest fährt. In Zukunft sollte diese Linie in südlicher Richtung verlängert und mit der HÉV von Csepel verbunden werden. Zudem gibt es hier eine Station der roten Linie der U-Bahn und mehrere Buslinien haben hier ihren Endpunkt.
