Das Gerichtshaus, das von Sir Richard Morrison im neoklassizistischen Stil entworfen und aus Quaderstein gebaut wurde, wurde 1807 fertiggestellt. Das Design umfasste eine symmetrische Hauptfront mit sieben Achsen zur Main Street; der zentrale Abschnitt wies ein tetrastylisches Portikus mit dorischen Säulen auf, die ein Gebälk und ein Giebel stützten.
