Die Busstation Letterkenny ist eine Bus Éireann-Station, die den County Donegal in Irland bedient. Sie befindet sich in der Kathedralenstadt Letterkenny. Sie ist ein besonders wichtiger Verkehrsknotenpunkt im Landkreis, da es in der Gegend keine Bahnverbindungen gibt.
Sie dient als Busendstelle auf der Route 32 von Dublins Busáras, über den Flughafen Dublin und die Busstation Monaghan. Letterkenny wird auf dieser Strecke von elf täglichen Bussen in jede Richtung bedient.
