Kirkjubæjarklaustur [ˈcʰɪr̥cʏˌpaiˑjarˌkʰlœystʏr] ist ein Ort der Gemeinde Skaftárhreppur in der Region Suðurland im Süden Islands.
Kirkjubæjarklaustur befindet sich zwischen Vík í Mýrdal und Höfn. Der Ort liegt unterhalb des auf einer Hochfläche gelegenen Sees Systravatn mit dessen Wasserfall Systrafoss am Gletscherfluss Skaftá.
Etwa 8 km westlich des Ortes ist der Canyon Fjaðrárgljúfur.
