Oliveto Lario ist ein Dorf am Lago di Como in der Lombardei, Italien. Oliveto Lario hat 1242 Einwohner auf 16,08 km².
Das Dorf liegt gegenüber von Mandello del Lario auf der Halbinsel, die die beiden Südarme des Comer Sees trennt, zwischen Valmadrera im Süden und Bellagio im Norden. Oliveto Lario ist die einzige Gemeinde der Halbinsel, die zur Provinz Lecco zählt. Die Gemeinde besteht aus drei Ortsteilen: Vassena, Limonta und Onno. Kurioserweise ist sie auf zwei verschiedene Diözesen aufgeteilt: Mailand und Como. Während Vassena zum Bistum Como gehört und dem römischen Ritus folgt, gehören Onno und Limonta zum Erzbistum Mailand und folgen dem ambrosianischen Ritus.
