Gragnano Trebbiense ist eine norditalienische Gemeinde mit 104.315 Einwohnern in der Provinz Piacenza in der Emilia-Romagna. Die Gemeinde liegt etwa 11 Kilometer westsüdwestlich von Piacenza im Val Trebbia. Westlich begrenzt der Tidone, östlich die Trebbia das Gemeindegebiet.
218 vor Christus fand die Schlacht an der Trebbia statt: Im Zweiten Punischen Krieg gelang es den Truppen des Konsuls Tiberius Sempronius Longus nicht, die Karthager unter Hannibal zurückzuhalten, so dass dieser weiter auf Rom vorrückte.
