Der Stall von San Lazzaro ist an die Villa San Lazzaro angeschlossen. Er war im vierzehnten Jahrhundert das ehemalige Krankenhaus von Santa Maria della Scala. Wahrscheinlich wurde er in der Mitte des neunzehnten Jahrhunderts als Stall für Pferde errichtet. Der erste Raum wurde als Unterstand für die Pferdekutsche und das Geschirr genutzt, während der hintere Raum als Stall für Pferde diente. Hier kann man noch die Struktur der Futterkrippe sehen. Der obere Stock wurde als Lager für Heu und Stroh genutzt, das durch die noch vorhandene Falltür nach unten gebracht wurde. Das Gebäude wurde 2003 von dem Architekten Fabio Massimo "Rust" Rossi renoviert und wird jetzt als Sitz der Scoutit snc genutzt.
