Der Colle d'Ambin ist ein alpiner Pass der Cottischen Alpen, der sich an der italo-französischen Grenze befindet. Er liegt in den Cottischen Alpen am Wasserscheide zwischen dem Susa-Tal und der oberen Maurienne.
Der Übergangspunkt ist eine deutlich erkennbare Senke zwischen den Gipfeln des Monte Ambin und dem Niblè. Auf der italienischen Seite schließt ein kurzes Tal an der rechten hydrografischen Seite des Vallone di Galambra an, während die Gewässer, die auf der französischen Seite abfließen, im Ruisseau d'Ambin gesammelt werden, einem linken Nebenfluss der Arc. In der Nähe des Passes befindet sich die Walter Blais-Hütte, während sich auf einer Höhe von 2.683 m, auf der französischen Seite, der Lago d'Ambin befindet.
