Der Botanische Garten von Padua, italienisch Orto Botanico di Padova, ist der erste und älteste botanische Garten der Welt, der sich noch immer an seinem ursprünglichen Ort in Padua, Italien, befindet. Er wurde 1545 gegründet und gehört zur Universität Padua. Er hat zurzeit etwa eine Fläche von 22.000 m² mit 6000 Pflanzenarten und ist bekannt für seine besonderen Sammlungen und seinen historischen Aufbau.
