Der Palazzo Rosso ist ein Palast in der italienischen Stadt Genua. Er gehört zu den zum Welterbe der UNESCO zählenden Palazzi dei Rolli an den sogenannten Strade Nuove in der Altstadt der ligurischen Hauptstadt.
In seinen Innenräumen befindet sich eine der wichtigsten Kunstgalerien der Stadt. Zusammen mit dem nahegelegenen Palazzo Bianco und Palazzo Doria Tursi bildet die Pinakothek ein Museumsagglomerat entlang der Via Garibaldi.
