Die Kathedrale von Manfredonia ist eine römisch-katholische Kathedrale in Manfredonia in Italien, die dem heiligen Laurentius von Siponto, einem der Schutzheiligen der Stadt, gewidmet ist. Früher war sie der Erzbischofssitz der Erzdiözese Siponto, die später als Manfredonia bekannt wurde. Heute ist sie der Sitz des Erzbischofs von Manfredonia-Vieste-San Giovanni Rotondo.
