Die Cascina dei Preti wurde im XVIII. Jahrhundert erbaut und befindet sich in Cornate d'Adda in der Via Guido Rossa.
Sie trägt den Namen der ersten Eigentümer, der Familie Preti. In der ersten Hälfte des letzten Jahrhunderts umfasste sie Ställe, Scheunen und Wohnhäuser.
Heute erscheint sie renoviert und erhalten und bewahrt dank des konservatorischen Willens des Eigentümers, der die Vorgaben des Parks Adda Nord respektiert hat, ihr ursprüngliches Aussehen und ihre Eigenschaften.
