Die Vilniusser Kathedrale St. Stanislaus und St. Ladislaus ist die römisch-katholische Kathedrale des Erzbistums Vilnius, der Hauptstadt Litauens. Seit 1985 ist sie in den Rang einer Basilica minor erhoben. Sie ist die Pfarrkirche und die Hauptkirche im 1. Dekanat Vilnius des Erzbistums Vilnius.
Die Kirche liegt am Fuße des Burghügels der Oberen Burg am Kathedralenplatz in der Altstadt von Vilnius und damit auf historischem Boden. Hier befand sich seit frühesten Zeiten eine Siedlungsstätte und so ist die Kirche aufs Engste mit der litauischen Geschichte verknüpft. Hier fanden Krönungen litauischer Großfürsten statt, hier wurden viele litauische Würdenträger begraben.
