Die Kathedrale unserer lieben Frau von Luxemburg ist ein römisch-katholisches Gotteshaus in der Stadt Luxemburg und Kathedralkirche des Erzbistums. Die Luxemburger bezeichnen das Gotteshaus auch als Mariendom.
Sie wurde an der heutigen Stelle als Jesuitenkirche errichtet, die Grundsteinlegung erfolgte 1613. 1794 nahm die Kirche das Gnadenbild der Stadt- und Landespatronin Trösterin der Betrübten auf und wurde Zentrum der Muttergottesoktave. Zuvor verehrte man die Marienfigur in der zerstörten, später wieder aufgebauten Glacis-Kapelle. Rund 50 Jahre nach der endgültigen Übertragung erhielt die Jesuitenkirche den Weihetitel Liebfrauenkirche. Im Jahr 1870 erhob sie Papst Pius IX. zur Kathedrale Unserer Lieben Frau. 1935 kam es zu Umbau- und Erweiterungsmaßnahmen.
