Das Schloss Stolzembourg liegt auf einem Hügel im Zentrum des Dorfes Stolzembourg im Nordosten Luxemburgs. Das heutige Gebäude wurde 1898 auf den Ruinen der alten mittelalterlichen Burg im Stil eines schottischen Bauernhauses erbaut.
Im zwölften Jahrhundert wurde ein Wachturm gebaut, um entlang der Our zu bewachen. Die erste Erwähnung einer Festung stammt aus dem Jahr 1315. Gouverneur Antonie de Croÿ stürzte 1454 die Burg. Nachdem es wieder aufgebaut worden war, wurde es schließlich 1679 von den französischen Truppen Ludwigs XIV. zerstört. 1898 wurde auf den antiken Ruinen ein Bauernhaus im schottischen Stil errichtet.
