Das Schloss La Fontaine ist der Name eines ehemaligen Schlosses in Clausen, Luxemburg. Das aufwendige Gebäude war die Residenz von Peter Ernst I. von Mansfeld-Vorderort, Gouverneur von Luxemburg, der 1563 mit dem Bau begann und bis zu seinem Tod im Jahr 1604 immer weiter ausbaute. Aus diesem Grund wird es auch als Palais Mansfeld oder Palais Mansfeld bezeichnet. Davon ist bis heute fast nichts mehr übrig geblieben.
Mansfeld wurde 1545 im Alter von nur 28 Jahren zum Gouverneur von Luxemburg ernannt. Seine erfolgreiche militärische Laufbahn und sein Interesse an der Antike helfen zu erklären, was ihn zu einem so ehrgeizigen architektonischen Projekt trieb.
