Der Großmeisterpalast , von den Maltesern nur il-Palazz genannt, ist ein im 16. Jahrhundert errichteter Palast in der maltesischen Hauptstadt Valletta. Dieser größte Profanbau der Stadt diente im Laufe der Jahrhunderte den unterschiedlichen Machthabern des Archipels als Amtssitz. Heute ist der teilweise öffentlich zugängliche Großmeisterpalast eine der meistbesuchten Sehenswürdigkeiten Maltas. Bei offiziellen Staatsempfängen im Palast bleibt das Gebäude für Besucher geschlossen.
