Das Fort Manoel ist eine während der Zeit der Herrschaft des Johanniterordens ab 1722 erbaute Festung in Malta. Das auf Manoel Island im Marsamxett Harbour gelegene Fort war die vorletzte größere Befestigungsanlage, die vom Orden auf dem Archipel errichtet wurde. Sie stellt den Abschluss und zugleich den Höhepunkt in der Entwicklung der Bastionärbefestigungen auf Malta dar.
