Die Beurzerbeek entspringt gerade über der Grenze zu Deutschland nordöstlich von Winterswijk. Südlich von Meddo mündet die Beurzerbeek in die Groenlose Slinge. An den Ufern des Baches leben unter anderem Eisvögel und Kormorane. Zusammen mit den angrenzenden Wiesen- und Ackerflächen bildet die Beurzerbeek das gleichnamige Naturschutzgebiet Beurzerbeek mit einer Fläche von 19 Hektar.
