Twickel ist eine rijksgeschützte historische Außenstelle mit 81 Komplexbestandteilen nahe Delden im Weiler Deldeneresch, in der Gemeinde Hof van Twente in der Provinz Overijssel. Die umgebende Burg bildet das Zentrum.
Die älteste Erwähnung von Twickel stammt aus dem Jahr 1347, als Herman von Twickelo das Haus Eysinck bei Delden erwirbt. Dieses Haus wird später das Schloss Twickel. Nachfolgend wird Twickel von Mitgliedern der Familie von Twickelo, van Raesfelt, von Wassenaer Obdam und van Heeckeren van Wassenaer bewohnt. Die letzte Eigentümerin hat Twickel einer Stiftung übergeben, die nun noch im Besitz des Vermögens ist. Bis zu ihrem Tod war die Baronin selbst Vorsitzende des Vorstands.
