Sie hat 37.314 Einwohner .Zur Gemeinde gehören die Städtchen Willemstad und Klundert, die Dörfer Fijnaart, Heijningen, Moerdijk, Standdaarbuiten, Zevenbergen und Zevenbergschen Hoek und noch einige kleine Ortschaften. In Zevenbergen befindet sich das Rathaus der Gemeinde.
