Zuid-Beijerland ist ein Dorf in Südholland, gelegen in der Gemeinde Hoeksche Waard, und auf der gleichnamigen Insel. Zuid-Beijerland wurde 1631 gegründet, als die Schlickflächen von De Hitsert als Teil der Groot-Zuid-Beijerlandschen Polder eingedeicht wurden. Auf dem Deich entstand das gleichnamige Dorf. 1673 bekam das Dorf einen eigenen Pfarrer. Es wurde dann Zuid-Beijerland genannt, aber einige Einwohner nennen ihr Dorf immer noch De Hitsert. Bis 1984 war Zuid-Beijerland eine selbstständige Gemeinde; von 1984 bis 2019 gehörte es zur Gemeinde Korendijk und seit dem 1. Januar 2019 gehört es zur Gemeinde Hoeksche Waard.
