Ede ; Niederdeutsch: Ee) ist eine mittelgroße Stadt in der niederländischen Provinz Gelderland, die sich an der Westflanke der Veluwe und im südlichen Gelderlandtal befindet. Es ist auch die Hauptgemeinde der gleichnamigen Gemeinde. Die Stadt Ede hat 76.750 Einwohner. Ede ist bekannt für die Schlacht um Arnhem. Im Zweiten Weltkrieg spielte die Stadt aufgrund der Luftlandung der alliierten Truppen im September 1944 eine wichtige Rolle, im Rahmen der Operation Market Garden. Jährlich ziehen die Luftlandungen auf der Ginkelse Heide tausende Besucher nach Ede.
