Otterlo ist ein esdorp in der niederländischen Gemeinde Ede, Provinz Gelderland. Das Dorf und die umliegende Gegend haben 2380 (2006) Einwohner. 2005 wurde das 1150-jährige Bestehen von Otterlo gefeiert. Das Suffix lo ist eine historische Bezeichnung für einen Wald. Der Name des Ortes Otterlo wurde in der Vergangenheit auch als Otterloo geschrieben. Diese beiden Namen wurden abwechselnd verwendet. Dies ist noch auf alten Postkarten sichtbar.
