Leenhof ist ein Stadtteil von Schaesberg im Westen der niederländischen Gemeinde Landgraaf in der Provinz Limburg. Leenhof grenzt dort an die Gemeinde Heerlen.
Der Stadtteil ist nach der "Hoeve in het Leen" benannt, von der schließlich der Name Leenhof abgeleitet ist. Diese Hoeve existiert noch und liegt zwischen dem ehemaligen Schloss Schaesberg und der Kirche. Der Leenhof war zwischen dem 14. und dem 18. Jahrhundert ein Lehen.
