Die Mühle De Hoop ist eine 1873 gebaute Kornmühle im niederländischen Dorf Maurik. Es handelt sich um eine runde Steinhäusermühle, die auf den Fundamenten der ehemaligen Burg von Maurik errichtet wurde. 1932 wurde die Mühle abgebaut, und bis 2004 blieb nur ein Mühlenturm übrig. Von 2004 bis 2006 wurde die Mühle äußerlich restauriert und mit einem Oudhollandschen Flügelkreuz ausgestattet. Nach der Restaurierung wurde die Mühle in De Beijenkorf umbenannt.
