Mijnsheerenland ist ein Dorf mit 4.745 Einwohnern in der Hoeksche Waard, Provinz Südholland, Niederlande. Das Dorf liegt an der Binnenbedijkte Maas. Mijnsheerenland ist das einzige Dorf in der Hoeksche Waard, das nicht an einem Deich gebaut ist. Bis 1984 war Mijnsheerenland eine eigenständige Gemeinde. Nach der Sint-Elisabethsvloed wurde das ehemalige Land von Schobbe und Everocken in den Jahren 1437-1438 von Ritter Lodewijk van Praet neu eingedeicht. Man spricht daher auch vom "Mijnsheerenland von Moerkerken". Die Herkunft des Namens ist nicht religiös, sondern spiegelt die tatsächliche Situation wider, nämlich das Land von Herrn Praet von Moerkerken.
