Warfstermolen ist ein Dorf in der Gemeinde Noardeast-Fryslân in der niederländischen Provinz Friesland. Es liegt östlich von Kollum und südlich des Lauwersmeers. Im Jahr 2021 hatte das Dorf 205 Einwohner. Zu dem Dorf gehören die Nachbarschaften De Kolk, De Leegte und Halfweg. Warfstermolen entstand an dem um 1315 angelegten alten Deich, wahrscheinlich nachdem 1529 der neue Deich um das Nieuwkruisland erbaut wurde. Das Element 'warf' im Ortsnamen könnte auf ein Haus auf dem Deich hinweisen, in dem die Deichversammlungen abgehalten wurden. Ein anderes Element verweist auf eine Mühle, die damals in der Nähe stand.
