Epse ist ein Ort in der Gemeinde Lochem in der niederländischen Provinz Gelderland. Das Dorf hatte am 1. Januar 2021 2.080 Einwohner. Epse liegt in einer waldreichen Umgebung südlich der Autobahn A1 und östlich der Landesstraße N348, nahe Deventer. Ende 1999 wurde das nördliche Außengebiet von Epse von der damaligen Gemeinde Gorssel an die Gemeinde Deventer übertragen, um den Bau eines Gewerbegebiets entlang der Autobahn zu ermöglichen. Aufgrund der Wirtschaftskrise wurde dort zunächst 2013 mit dem Bau begonnen. Zwischen dem Dorf und den Unternehmen wurde ein grüner Pufferstreifen mit 'neuer Natur' angelegt.
