Uffelte ist ein Esdorf in der Gemeinde Westerveld in der niederländischen Provinz Drenthe. Im Jahr 2021 hatte das Dorf 1.430 Einwohner. Zum Dorf gehört auch die Bauerschaft Holtinge. Uffelte liegt nordöstlich von Havelte, und die nächstgelegene große Stadt ist Meppel, das ebenfalls nördlich davon liegt. Uffelte hat viele charakteristische sächsische Bauernhöfe. Nach dem Zweiten Weltkrieg wurde es mit Neubauten erweitert. Es ist ein sehr touristisches Dorf, obwohl die meisten Einrichtungen im Nachbardorf Havelte zu finden sind. Sehenswert ist neben den Bauernhöfen unter anderem die niederländisch-reformierte Kapelle aus dem Jahr 1910.
