Meerlo ist ein Dorf in der niederländisch-limburgischen Gemeinde Horst aan de Maas. Bis 1969 war es zusammen mit den Dörfern Blitterswijck, Swolgen und Tienray eine eigenständige Gemeinde, die dann mit Wanssum und Geijsteren zur – seit 2010 ehemaligen – Gemeinde Meerlo-Wanssum zusammengelegt wurde. Seit dem 1. Januar 2010 ist Meerlo, zusammen mit Tienray und Swolgen, in die Gemeinde Horst aan de Maas eingegliedert worden.
