Ulestraten ist ein Dorf in der Gemeinde Meerssen, das im Süden der niederländischen Provinz Limburg liegt. Das Dorf liegt am Rand des Watervalderbeekdals und des Zentralplateaus. Im Süden des Dorfes befindet sich der Wijngaardsberg. Bis zur kommunalen Neugliederung 1982 war Ulestraten eine selbstständige Gemeinde mit den Siedlungszentren: Ulestraten Dorf, Schietecoven, Humcoven, Waterval, Vliek, Genzon, Moorveld, Groot Berghem und Klein Berghem. Die ehemaligen Weiler Genzon, Groot Berghem, Klein Berghem und Vliek gehören seit 1980 zum Dorfkern von Ulestraten. In Ulestraten leben etwa 2.805 Menschen. In der ehemaligen Gemeinde lag auch der Flughafen Maastricht Aachen bis zur kommunalen Neugliederung 1982.
